How we're evolving the UK's existing housing stock

Community Retrofitting

We buy larger homes and connected residential properties and eco-retrofit them to support community living.

This varies highly on the buildings available as every unit needs to be financially viable, however this can include granny flats, communal amenities and transforming room type to ensure a good mix of communal and private spaces.

Community Transformations

From mansions, to nursing home to schools, as the needs of society change, larger properties become available which are already set up to cater to different needs.

Rather than becoming soulless AirBnb type rentals and second homes which stop local people affording to live where they grew up and kills local independent businesses, we take these properties, respect their place in the community, retain their character and transform them into rich liveable habitats where larger groups of individuals, partnerships and families can create a thriving life together.

We're in the process of developing rating systems for both environmental refitting and community models which will lead all of our projects.
