The Built Environment
The property available in the UK today is mostly built or converted to suit the nuclear family. We appreciate and respect the desire for nuclear living, however, we believe in giving people the choice to explore community living which is under-represented in the housing stock. We believe it is hard for people outside nuclear family structures to thrive within homes designed for nuclear families so we take existing buildings and (with environmental awareness) convert them to be generous spaces that can hold people who want to live together authentically in different community configurations.

The Vision
Our BHAG for the built environment for the UK is to show key stakeholders in the property sector of the UK that non-nuclear, environmentally aware homes are desired and financially viable.

From the demand we generate and the housing stock we provide we are working toward creating a renaissance for community living where our examples contribute to the tipping point for other developers, retrofitters and communities to copy and iterate upon, whilst also being a popular provider ourselves holding the flag for best in practice on a social, environmental and material level.
